Do you have contracts?

No-you may withdraw at any time if your dancer is not loving the experience!   We don't offer refunds, so be sure to withdraw through the portal prior to the last day of classes for the month. 

 

Does my child have to perform?

Absolutely not!  While we love to see each dancer on stage, it's not mandatory.   You will still receive a costume at the end of the year and participate in class pictures. Notify us no later than March 1st if this the case.  

 

How do I register?

All registrations are done in our portal. Once you make an account with your child's birthday, age appropriate classes will pop up. Then you can choose from there!

 

How do I pay?

We are an online studio.  You can pay through the portal using a credit card or enter in your checking account to avoid any processing fees.   We offer auto pay.  

 

Can my child try a class?

We'd love to have you come and visit our studio. And an even better way to get to know us is to come and try a class! If there is room in the class (some classes are full with a waitlist) we'd love to have your child come and try the class firsthand. They are required to wear clothes they can move in (a fitted tee, leggings or exercise pants, and socks) with their hair pulled back in a ponytail or bun. Once you have decided to join the class your dancer will be required to follow the dress code.

 

How do I keep up with news?

We have a calendar at the desk. We send out emails with quarterly newsletters. If there is a reminder or time is of the essence, we will send a text. You can access all information in the portal. We have a private Facebook group with updates and info where you can connect with other CSDC families.
